Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Newly constructed single bedroom apartment overlooking the Salmon River. Kitchen includes 4 burner electric stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, utensils. Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Welcome to the Hideaway Cabin, where you can unwind in the embrace of nature. Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Close to several boat launches into Lake Ontario and a short ride from from best spots on the Salmon River you can't go wrong!

Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. This listing is for "Unit A" which is the main part of the house. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.
