It has all the amenities of home with a couple miles of mowed trails in the trees that lead you to a pond for fishing and reflection and the Platte River for beautiful scenery and playing in when the water is low in the summer! This lodge celebrates our hunting heritage and displays many animals harvested on or near this property.

REMODELED-This Beautiful 1900’s two story farmhouse on the Rath homestead is located 3 miles West of Grafton & 2 miles North off of Highway 6 or 7.5 miles East of Sutton on Hwy 6. You will also find a Big Red Barn, Large Grass Yard, Farm Animals, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets. If you are traveling to this area for a family gathering, wedding, sporting event, hunting, work travels, or just to get away & enjoy a peaceful country stay, our spacious farm is the perfect place.

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
