Air mattresses, cot, PackNPlay for added guests. Large back yard. Patio with table & seating. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.
