We are located in beautiful rural Miami county, about 40 miles south of downtown Kansas City or 20 miles south of Overland Park. Easy access to our farm, just off of 69 Hwy. Quiet, scenic setting with rolling hills, tress, and pastoral views.
“Michael and Frank were great hosts! The location for my husband and I was perfect. I decided to book it for a weekend for our 5 year anniversary. We are both former country folk and miss the company of farm animals and the peacefulness of the countryside. They even make their own cheeses, crackers, milk, and soaps! And they’re all so delicious. We bought some products to enjoy at home. There is such an awesome diversity of animals. Turkeys, peacocks, goats, cats/kittens, sheep, llamas, chickens, guinea fowl, ducks, doves, and dogs. There were even fresh picked flowers in a vase and a “Happy Anniversary” card in our room. The room is in the working barn, so you will hear the animals roosting and chattering, but I LOVED it! I’ve missed those sounds so much. So comforting. It was a much needed getaway and will definitely be back!”

“We loved staying at Diane’s place. We had lots of space and an extra bathroom which was awesome. The shower was one of the best of any place we have stayed. The decor was beautiful and porches were amazing. We would definitely recommend and stay again.”
