Es apto para 4 personas ya que dispone de dos habitaciones con camas dobles. Cada habitación tiene su armario con ganchos para la ropa. El alojamiento solo tiene un baño para compartir, y que incluye secador de pelo. Además, consta de un salón - cocina - comedor amplio, que cuenta con TV, cocina equipada, y lavadora. **IMPORTANTE NORMATIVA COVID-19: En las Islas Canarias trabajamos intensamente cada día para que pueda visitarnos con las máximas condiciones de seguridad, higiene y calidad. Para preservar la baja incidencia epidemiológica del archipiélago y garantizar la sostenibilidad de la actividad turística, es imprescindible que todos los visitantes mayores de 6 años, que no provengan de las Islas Canarias, demuestren mediante un certificado la realización de un test de diagnóstico de infección activa por COVID-19 con resultado negativo realizado en las últimas 72 horas y homologado por las autoridades sanitarias. Dicho certificado es necesario para acceder a este y a cualquier otro alojamiento turístico de las islas. Puede presentarse de forma digital o en papel y en él debe constar la fecha y hora de la realización del test, la identidad de la persona física sometida al mismo, el centro autorizado responsable de su verificación y su naturaleza, así como el resultado negativo. No se exigirá tal certificado a los no residentes que acrediten -mediante su documento de viaje- haber permanecido en el territorio de la comunidad autónoma de Canarias los 15 días previos a la fecha de acceso a este alojamiento turístico y que además en dicho periodo no hayan tenido síntomas compatibles con COVID-19. Los residentes canarios deberán acreditar su condición como tal y declarar bajo su responsabilidad el no abandono de las Islas Canarias en los 15 días previos a la llegada al establecimiento y la no presentación de síntomas compatibles con COVID-19 en dicho periodo. Este alojamiento turístico denegará el acceso a la persona que no cumpla las condiciones previamente descritas. Excepcionalmente, y en el caso de que demuestre su disponibilidad para realizarse un test diagnóstico, le informaremos del centro autorizado más próximo y permitiremos su acceso y pernoctación el tiempo imprescindible para obtener los resultados. Hasta entonces, no podrá abandonar su unidad alojativa.
