Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation located in the heart of the "green lung" of the municipality of Orvault: the Cens Valley. 15 minutes from Nantes city center by car, it's the city in the countryside. This 25 m2 studio, refurbished in 2020 and located at the bottom of an inhabited plot, includes a private parking space under the courtyard, independent access and a patio. You will enjoy the proximity to shops and transport (15 min walk) and its access close to the ring road.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house.
