Saint Palais, a medieval crossroads on the Chemin de Saint Jacques where the three routes of Puy, Vézelay and Tours converge, is 20 minutes away. The Atlantic coast (Hendaye, Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz etc.) and the Pyrenees are about 50 minutes by car.

Cottage in the French Basque Countryside

The cottage is entirely new, located at the back of an old Basque farmhouse from the 17th century. The 16 sqm bedroom is located in a mezzanine with a wrought iron railing. The bathroom is equipped with an 80x120 cm shower as well as a dry towel radiator. The toilet is separate. the kitchen is fully equipped with cold ventilated refrigerator, 4 induction light cooking plate, catalysis oven, washing machine 7 kgs, hood, microwave. TV and wifi.

The "chai" is part of an 18th century Béarnaise house. With views of the Pyrenees, between 2 paths of the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, near the house, in a region rich in history, close to Orthez (5 min), Pau (35 min), the villages of Salies-de-Béarn, Navarrenx and Sauveterre. Between the sea and the mountains (1 hour away). Not to mention, local festivals and entertainment. As a couple, with family, with young children, WELCOME!

Climatisée, équipée et décorée avec attention, la Guesthouse offre un confort moderne et élégant qui ravira les couples ou familles avec enfants. Elle est dotée d'un bain à remous pour se détendre. Une terrasse bois équipée d'un salon de jardin à l'année permet de profiter du moindre rayon de soleil !

The towns of Bayonne and Hossegor are 30 minutes by car, as well as the surfing beaches of Landes and the Basque Country.
