Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. 10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Located in a golden triangle, you are 30 minutes from the first beaches (Capbreton, Hossegor, Seignosse, Vieux Boucau) Dax and Bayonne, 1 hour from Pau and its castle, St Jean Pied de Port (Way of St James), Espelette renowned for its peppers, Cambo (Edmond Rostand's house) and Dantcharia (Spanish border)

Independent studio, quiet and not overlooked

This 25 m2 studio is located in the town of Saint Étienne d'Orthe, less than 1000 inhabitants, close to all amenities and quiet. About 30 minutes from Bayonne, 20 minutes from the beaches, 45 minutes from Pau. It is adjoining our house. However, apart from the common main driveway, this studio has a private parking space and enjoys total independence: private access, private garden and terrace as well, not overlooked.

Appart de l'Adour: nature, calm, pool and spa!

20 km from the beaches, ideal for recharging your batteries in peace between land and sea. In unspoiled nature, designated Natura 2000 and located in the marshes of the Adour where the EuroVelo 3 (Scandinavian) passes. Enjoy a large wooded garden with a shared pool (5.5 x 5.5 with submerged shutter and beach) and a spa by reservation (between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.) for a relaxing stay.
