One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

We got very warm Welcomed by Sophie. The cottage was perfect; cozy and modern decor. The house was clean and the kitchen was equipped with so many different appliances. Sophie was so kind as to do 2 loads of laundry for us because this stay was halfway through our trip. She even hung up the laundry for us when we were out all day! We highly recommend this property because it is a gem.

Јürgen place was just amazing, even better than we imagined. The apartment is really excellent, rustic and has everything you need, fully equipped. You can have breakfast or just spend time afternoon, evening outside in the garden, so it's just wonderful to be there. The house is totally near the national park, and not far away are roads for hiking trails in the wonderful Schwarzwald. Jürgen helps us with everything, he gave us tips, where to eat, where to hike, he was an excellent host, and communication was without problems. We will fully recommend this place if you are planning to visit the Schwarzwald.

Stayed here with 2 kids. Beautiful flat, amazing views over the lake and an ideal location just a short walk into the town and from the train station. The main bed was SO comfy, heating was very quick to kick in and cosy. Kitchen well equipped. Thank you.

I had an amazing and peaceful stay at this beautiful home. I visited with four friends, and the space was perfect for us — clean, quiet, and very relaxing. The host was kind and helpful, even offering us a fresh organic salad picked straight from their backyard, which was a lovely touch. The natural surroundings made it feel like a true escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy great hospitality!

The property is highly recommended. Freudenstadt (the nearest town) is easy to reach on foot or by bus. The tourist tax definitely makes it worth using public transport. (Stop directly at the house). Freudenstadt offers great restaurants, a huge market square, some museums and all kinds of shops for strolling. For all nature lovers, you can either start immediately from the accommodation or explore the All Saints Waterfalls by car, for example. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. There is even a wood-burning stove for the cold days. Sara and Tassilo are very nice hosts and definitely worth one (or more) visits! A very clear recommendation for us :)

Loved our stay! Michel is very welcoming, accommodating, and we felt at home right away. We really enjoyed the pastries and baguette left at our door every morning, the essentials for breakfast in the fridge (butter, milk, apple juice, other drinks and even homemade jam!), and just Michel's kindness. He even helped me with my suitcase to go up and down the stairs☺️. The apartment itself is very cute and cozy. It's big and it was cool despite the fact that it was warmer than normal for April, which was great! Its location is ideal, on a quiet street but close to everything (restaurants, cafes etc.). I would say the only downside is really minimal: adjusting the shower water temperature takes some time. It quickly changes from hot to cold when you try to adjust it so you have to go slowly. We would highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a great stay in the apartment together with our baby. It is very cozy, so you feel right at home. The equipment is particularly noteworthy, it goes far beyond "standard equipment". The children were also thought of here. The contact with the hostess was very friendly and pleasant at all times. If we come to the area again, we would definitely choose this apartment again!

We were very warmly welcomed and guided directly through the rooms, which immediately gave us a good feeling. The accommodation was fully equipped – we especially liked the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. It really had everything you need. The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is very well maintained, invites you to relax and offers a fantastic view. Overall, the Airbnb is in a quiet residential area, which is very pleasant – but you should also be careful not to be too loud. The fitness equipment is a nice extra and perfectly sufficient for a small workout - but it could be oiled again :) We had a very nice stay overall and would definitely recommend the accommodation! Everything was right here.

The accommodation was just like in the photos: modern, clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were there professionally for a few workshop days and felt completely comfortable. The quiet surroundings and stylish ambience created an inspiring atmosphere in which creative work was wonderfully possible. Saartje is a great host. Very warm, quick to reach and always helpful. All our questions were answered immediately, and a later check-out was also completely uncomplicated after prior arrangement. We were 100% satisfied and can recommend the accommodation without reservation, both for professional stays and for private breaks.

We booked the villa for our annual family reunion with 11 adults this time and we liked it very much and we were fully satisfied. The house is very original, well equipped and we were able to distribute the total of 4 bathrooms well. The pool table was used a lot and we also enjoyed the terrace with the barbecues for several meals. I can highly recommend the house for larger groups!

We were 3 families each with a 2, 5 and 9 year old child. Our dog was there too. We spent our New Year's Eve there. Everything was as described and the place was super clean. If you want to spend a few quiet days and want to cook, you are in perfect hands there. Rarely found such a perfectly equipped kitchen. The dog was able to jump around in the entire large garden, as everything was completely fenced and thus also got his money's worth. We would go back there in a heartbeat! Clear recommendation!

We were very satisfied with the apartment; very quiet, beautiful views and good amenities. You actually have everything you need for a nice time with family and friends. The hosts were very nice and also flexible when checking out. We would like to recommend them:-)

We loved the place during our stay! It is really beautiful, especially the master suite impressed us. It's a bit remote, but that's exactly what we wanted. A trip to Strasbourg was also possible, about a 50-minute drive. You just can't be on the road without a car😉 I'm sure we'll be back!

It was a great pleasure to stay in Fritz's beautifully decorated and clean apartment. The apartment is located in a 19th century villa and is surrounded by old trees, including a huge plane tree, which is one of the largest trees I have ever seen. Fritz is very friendly, helpful and warm. The apartment is also only about 15 to 20 minutes' walk from the city centre. When we travel to Freiburg again, we will definitely stay at Fritz's again.
