Apartment holiday rentals in Ormoc City

The place was great. The host was so kind and gave us a free room upgrade. My only feedback was the wifi having poor signal on the bedroom area so if you need to use it you must be on the living room area. Highly recommended though. Worth every penny 🫶🏻

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place felt very safe and peaceful, making it feel just like home. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again the next time we travel to Ormoc.

My family was very happy and enjoyed their stay in the place. Definitely will consider next trip. The property was big and very clean with all basic necessities was available to used. Very secure and quite place and very close to all amenities in the city. Host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you very much for a lovely experience for my family. The room was very cozy and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Although the TV wasn’t available during our stay, the host communicated this clearly and even waived the early check-in fee as a kind gesture, which we really appreciated. She was very easy to talk to and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience in the studio suite and would gladly stay here again.

I think this is the best apartment you can find in central Ormoc City. It is set up great, especially for longer stays. The pictures are accurate & everything is very clean and works properly. The ocean is ~ 500 M away. Walking into town to the central market is about 1.2 KM. Walking to the Gaisano Mall and/or the SM Mall is 800 M to 1 KM. There is also a sari sari store called the White Market just at the top of the street on the main road, maybe like 100 M. You can buy basic needs there (snacks, drinks, soap, diapers, rice, eggs, milk, load etc). Tricycles are available right at the main road also. There is also a Foodpanda here if you need food delivery. The host Jan has been great to communicate with and is really sweet. The property caretaker Jennlyn is very helpful and takes really good care of the property. She has been awesome to have around & is really sweet and helpful. Overall it has been a really nice stay & I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation.

I enjoyed staying at Jan’s place. It met all of my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Ormoc.

Clean, safe place, good value

The place is amazing. The exact address doesn’t show on google maps or food delivery services but the church which is 50m away is always a good landmark. Internet is abit slow biut it doesn’t nother me. The caretaker is bery helpful and friendly. Bery near shops and local transportation(tricycle) is very accessible. I will definitely book this place again. Thank you Jan.
