The neighborhood is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

We offer you a comfortable place to stay with a family atmosphere. Our small but very cozy, loft apartment is located directly below the ski slope of the Marta II ski area. Apartment # 152 is located on the top floor of apartment building no. no. 438 and therefore has a unique view of the ski slope. The big advantage is the elevator, which allows step-free access to the apartment. For a relaxing stay we recommend our apartment for 2 adults with max 2 children.
