On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Sierpnica Mountain Haven. Little Owl Cottage

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. We are looking forward to your visit!

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

The modern house by the beach in Pastviny welcomes you. Enjoy private grilling right by the reservoir, with a built-in draft beer system. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.

UTRAILOO is a great base for Trutnov Trails, it is right next to them. You will appreciate how we have prepared it here for your bikes!

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Zahrada se postupně svažuje až ke korytu říčky (volně přístupné). Venkovní relaxace je možná ve venkovní wellness vířivce USSPA pro 7 osob. Soukromé parkování pro až 7 aut se nachází hned vedle chalupy. Zastávka ski busu je hned vedle chalupy.
