Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Orlické hory

Despite the freezing weather, there are opportunities for a great time in Polanica. The home had all the amenities, games, and books that gave us a break. I highly recommend this place, close to every experience

Great place to stay that we rented during Easter 2025. The house was beautifully clean, fully equipped with utensils for cooking, with a grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for evenings together. The only thing we were missing was hand soap in the bathroom – it's a little strange that guests have to think about such small things. We still had a great stay and can definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

OrchardHouse was simply a fairy tale!! We really enjoyed the long weekend 😍 Everything went smoothly and everything was great...from design and decor to cleanliness, wellness (hot tub and sauna) and nice hostess ☺️ It was an amazing relax, at the same time we got recommendations for restaurants and ice cream + trips around the neighborhood. We'll be sure to recommend this place and would love to come back!

Upon arrival and entering the cottage, the first impression was wow - we had a great time, used the hot tub, sauna and grill. Everything is beautiful, clean and tastefully furnished. We definitely recommend it!

Had a nice stay at Marcella's place! The room has everything you need. Located in a nice quiet town surrounded by nature. The only surprise was the toilet is outside of the house. But that was no problem for me :)

Wonderful New Year's time in an intimate group. A cottage prepared with extra care - a kitchen (better equipment than some in the house). Dishes, silverware, bowls throughout. can be used until the dishwasher is full. Prepared cosmetics, a first aid kit, and even hygiene items for women are a big plus. To greet us, we received a large package of coffee from a friendly roastery and a delicious jar of honey. The entire design of the cottage invites you to relax. Everything is tastefully decorated, thoughtful and Magda is a wonderful, warm person, helpful in everything you ask and need. All in all, I highly recommend this place where you will feel great thanks to the owners of their passion and commitment.

Mikulas' place was fantastic. It was spacious and clean, had a great heating system, and had everything that you could possibly need. Mikulas and Eva were friendly and helpful. Mikulas even went out of his way to help us organise a few things that we needed to locally, which was amazing for us. I would definitely recommend their place to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful area. We will definitely be back next year.

We spent a week in Aneta and Jakub's apartment and had a wonderful time and also a good starting point for many great activities. We were there outside of holiday periods and high season and so it was totally quiet and idyllic. We lacked nothing in the apartment and when I had a question, I got a friendly answer very quickly. I can definitely recommend the apartment of the two!

The cleanliness of the property is impeccable. Lucie is a very kind and communicative person who provides help and advice on tourist attractions in the area. A really great place to recommend!

Located on a creek, you can hear the pleasant buzz of water. Interior in a cozy atmosphere, clean, warm, decorated with taste, keeping the "soul" of an old house. Despite the very cold nights, the house was warm. Good location, practically in the center, yet off the beaten path. The hosts were very friendly, took good care of our comfort and well-being. A large and spacious apartment, perfectly located right next to the trail to Snow White. The apartment is well-equipped, and the contact with the owner was very good. The apartment is located in a tenement house, so despite the working heating, you can feel some coolness, but you can additionally heat up by lighting a goat — which was a big plus. The bathroom was tidy and clean, but unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell from the plumbing. Overall, a great stay, and I'd love to come back.

Incredible place and super host!

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

We had a wonderful time and the place was perfect! I would highly recommend as Arno was very quick to respond and great at recommending places to our group. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked! You do need to bring your own toilet paper and such as there was not more than one roll in each bathroom. He recommended two different restaurants to our group to eat and both were fabulous and we loved them! The place was beautiful! Thank you!

We highly recommend THIS DoM. The house is fully equipped, additional experiences on the property include a sauna and a banya. The perfect place for a trip with a larger group in the Owl Mountains. Direct trail to the Great Owl about 2 km from the house. The car can be parked for the whole weekend, walking distance to shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Sokolec. The atmospheric porch overlooking the garden was our favorite place to spend evenings. Efficient and quick communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect vacation home, really equipped with every comfort and everything has been thought out. We stayed during the summer holidays with 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers). A truly excellent accommodation both inside and out. Real care and attention has been paid and you can see that from start to finish. You just need to park your car and enjoyment starts. The house is tasteful and with attention on quality and detail built and decorated. The hosts are also really friendly and you can communicate excellently with both English and German. Nothing is too much to pamper the guest!! Nearby, there are plenty of natural beauty to admire, but there are also plenty of active excursions. Shop 8 minutes away by car.

Ondřej's beautiful house is the perfect place if you need a break in the middle of nature. The house offers everything to feel comfortable: comfortable beds, a large kitchen, a beautiful garden, two bathrooms, a sauna and beautiful & lovingly selected inventory. The house is so big that you can get away very well with 10 people. The area offers many great hiking trails, ski slopes and sights (e.g. old war bunker). Ondřej was accessible and helpful at all times. Our stay was beautiful and we'll be thinking about next time we're coming!
