My fiancé and I spent a few nights for a Disney trip and had a great time. It is serene and nature filled location. The hosts are extremely proactive and friendly. We ran into no problems with needing an extension for our check out. Easily accommodates guests and visitors. The property is a bit isolated from the main road. As an example, the nearest gas station was around 15-20 minutes away. Overall it is a great spot and would definitely recommend!

Our stay was amazing. Our family had so much fun and the location was perfect. Even got to watch alligators from the balcony. Will definitely be returning

This location was conveniently close to the Disney Parks and a great Walmart. Since we spent most of our time enjoying all things Disney, we mainly used it for rest. The beds and couch were comfortable after long days of walking, and the pool was a fantastic bonus.

Vanessa was an awesome host, with great communication. She was always friendly and responsive each time I inquired about activities, and distances to places in the area. She also made sure to provide clear instructions about the home and the rules, and even had a binder with all of the information needed to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Because of some mishaps, we had to book last minute with Stephanie and we should have booked with her first! Extremely friendly, responsive, and a perfect place to stay the night at.

Jennifer's little house was perfect! She was great in communicating with me. She came over as soon as we go there and showed us how to work the Lights and TV. she even brought over a small heater as the night was cool.

Gladis and Paulina were wonderful hosts always replying promptly. Prior to arrival clear instructions were sent over which made self check in effortless. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, even had a kettle, blender and toaster. Lots of towels, linen and blankets and noticed that there was a pushchair, travel cot, highchair and car seat in cupboard. Apartment was spotless and looks just like photos in listing. Lots of tv channels including Disney and Netflix.The apartment was in a gated development and felt safe. The water park was an added bonus and my children were always able to get a tube. Apartment was centrally located, Disney 12 mins drive away and countless restaurants within a few mins drive. Walmart was 2 mins away. My family and I were sorry to leave but will definitely return.

Everything was excellent, we had already been in 2019. We are from Uruguay. And we repeated the stay again in 2025 because it is an incredible and quiet place, close to everything and very clean. Super recommended

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is great, perfect for what we needed. The hotel is beautiful with a big pool and lounge area. AC worked great and there was plenty of bedding and extra blankets for our stay. The hosts were super friendly and flexible with check-in/checkout which made for a very peaceful last morning. 10/10 would recommend and we will be staying again next time we’re in Orlando!

Ryan’s place was clean, easy to access, and had amenities that are difficult to find in other Airbnb’s. It was easy to find, access, and he was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. I picked the location because of how close it was to where I wanted to be (Audubon Park, Thornton Park, Lake Eola, etc) and where I wanted to go (close to I-4 to get to the Space coast, and for others, easy to get to any of the parks). The hot tub was great and having access to the yard and deck was so nice. The ability to do laundry was a huuuuge plus. The block itself is quiet and full of beautiful foliage and so close to easily one of the best parks in Orlando (Lake Eola). Easy to park across from the unit itself and go in and out. I would recommend it and will probably seek it out the next time I come down.

This was a great place to stay, definitely made our disney trip easier since its close by and has a lot of things to do around the area, the host was very responsive. The place itself was clean, overall a great experience. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home inside with great amenities and a nice touch with the free snacks. Bath tub works well and it’s HUGE! Definitely hard to fill up all the way with hot water due to the size. Overall very clean and beautiful neighborhood is a little sketchy at first but no issues at all.

Erick's place is as advertised very clean & cozy & very spacious!! two full baths a definite plus will stay again & definitely recommend! one slight hiccup was code didn't work but Erick was quick to respond with the correct code

Larissa and Rosely's condo is a perfect spot to gather with family or friends with plenty of space and amenities nearby everything. The hosts were very proactive and quick to respond to messages. Their detailed contract lays out all the specs of condo, and check out instructions are easy and minimal. All photos and description are accurate so plan to bring kitchen spices, bags, coffee, laundry pods, etc. There are all the Basic kitchen gadgets and appliances to cook with but oils, seasoning, etc will need to be brought in. Condo is cleaned well and removed of anything extra which is good to prevent pests and spoiled food left by other guests. Although we got a briefly 50s cold front in spring, pools are heated year round to 87 degrees. Kids loved the night swims which condo is short walk to. We had 8 guests with plenty of space for everyone. Made breakfast and ate out at great local restaurants. Publix is walking distance. Safe neighborhood. No more then 20-30 minutes from everything.
