Here you can enjoy the mountains and nature in peace and quiet, and good opportunities for relaxation and recreation in summer and winter. Miles of ski trails, dog sledding and ski center nearby. Large and family-friendly outdoor area with opportunities for play and fun. There is running water and electricity. Winter maintained road with parking right outside the cabin wall.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. Located in the mountain side, the cabin offers panoramic view of the valley. Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

Fine turmuligheter til Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Omnfjellet og Ruten. Hytta har 2 soverom og en dobbeltseng på hems, TV og WIFI. Robåt kan lånes hvis ønskelig. Ca. 100 kvm veranda/plattinger omkranser eiendommen. Rikelig med utemøbler og puter. Et anneks med stue, soverom, bad og badstue kan leies i tillegg.

The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing.
