In 20 minutes by car there are the beautiful beaches of the green coast such as Pistis-Torre dei Corsari. A little longer you will find the beaches of Piscinas, Funtanazza and others more beautiful than each other. In 5 minutes you can find the S.S 131 and you can find the beautiful city of Oristano and the beaches of the Gulf. In 15 minutes is Arborea and its equestrian center.

The house is exclusively available to guests except for one room, which can be used upon request. The cottage is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk to the Sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The town, full of meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, even with guided tours, the traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

The house is small but comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing in a seaside resort. Several supermarkets and post offices are just a short walk away, and some beaches and entertainment venues are also within walking distance, such as clubs, restaurants and bars.
