Holiday rentals with breakfast in Oriente

Very good value for money. The accommodation has all the necessary functional amenities. The house is very cozy and the location superb. Morning views of the peñas give incredible peace. The area has many possibilities of plans of all kinds of plans of nature.

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

Noemi's place is a cut above the rest. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The main entrance alone is quite grand and ornate and the apartment is an extension of that same artistic finish. It has all the amenities one would need and is in the heart of Oviedo. We had a great time at the house. It has everything you need. The location in a very nice quiet village next to Cabezón de la Sal and a few minutes' drive from the beach. Rocío is very nice, she gave us directions for things to do nearby and recommendations for places to eat. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is located at the entrance of Lastres, so from the entrance and balcony there are great views. Also, in front there are quite a few places to park. As for the house, it has everything you need to make the stay pleasant: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, TV and table to get together to eat, play... Rooms with comfortable beds and full bathrooms. In addition, the balcony of the en-suite room is very nice. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

Loved our stay! We were just passing through Oviedo and this was so close to the train station. Grocery store, an playground, and restaurants within a block. Highly recommend! The main trendy area is about a ten min walk! Every morning around 5am there is a loud trash truck that picks up the trash so you just want a heavy sleeper to sleep on that side of the apt, it woke me up through my ear plugs lol but definitely not a deal breaker!

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

3-night break at this property. Jonathan agreed to rent it to us the day before and we thank him very much. The place is comfortable, functional and well tempered, it was warm outside and we were overwhelmed inside. We'll hold back the kindness of the host and his attention. the beauty of a still wild nature. cows in the wild! and hikes.... great unexpected discovery.

Beautiful apartment, very close to the old city centre

An excellent experience! The accommodation was super clean and very cozy, exactly as in the photos (or even better!). You could see the care in every detail, from the impeccable bedding to the little touches that made you feel at home. The communication with the host was quick and very friendly. Definitely a place I'd go back to without thinking. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the centre, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest in the city. It is very quiet, no outside noise is heard and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Jesus’ apartment in Oviedo! Jesus was wonderful—he welcomed us warmly and shared valuable information about the town, making sure we had everything we needed for a great time. You can tell he truly cares about his guests' experience. Upon our arrival, Jesus even had some food for us, which made settling in much more comfortable. The apartment itself was excellent—well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location to explore the charming city of Oviedo. We highly recommend staying at Jesus’ apartment for anyone visiting Oviedo!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment in Oviedo! The location was perfect—quiet during the week and just a short walk to great restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed. The apartment was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, with beautiful lighting and plenty of room to spread out. It had all the amenities for daily life, and staying for 5 weeks was incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean, and check-in was easy. The host was kind and accommodating, especially when our flight was severely delayed. There is some street noise on the weekends, but as long as the windows and doors are closed, it really isn’t an issue. We felt right at home here—highly recommend!

We loved our short stay in Vis, it’s a beautiful village up in the hills and close to many hikes and good local restaurants. Jenny was the perfect host - friendly, helpful and the breakfasts and dinner were excellent, full of fresh ingredients. Skip the border collie who kept an eye on us and joined us on the terrace was a bonus! We were sad to leave.

Very friendly staff, even though we are not fluent in Spanish, we managed to communicate efficiently. The accommodation is located in a very small secluded village, but offers everything you need. I would recommend other visitors to eat at the accommodation, they offer amazing local dishes that are very tasty. Thank you Yolanda!

Delighted with this stay!! Ideally located for discovering this beautiful region. Marita is very welcoming, and available. Breakfast is excellent Possibility to eat in the restaurant in the evening, the dishes are delicious and the welcome is very warm. Recommended!!

Merche and Beltrán, the owners of the house, who also live there, are very nice. They were available for what we needed. Full breakfast included is a tipzo. They are also flexible and we were able to have breakfast when we wanted. Everything was very clean. We felt very comfortable with them 😊 Thank you for everything

Very nice location and house and very friendly.

We were very comfortable at Laura's house. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a large wardrobe and sideboard for clothes. The private bathroom is a luxury. Breakfast is ideal to start the day. Laura has two kittens who are adorable and curious, we loved having them around during our stay. Laura is a great person, very kind, with whom we had long and interesting conversations. I highly recommend her place.

Javier and Elena are wonderful hosts. Javier’s cooking is absolutely fantastic and his knowledge of the local area (including off the beaten path hikes and view points) made our trip really special and memorable, particularly when it was the start of the busier tourist season. Cannot recommend staying here enough, and having dinner at the restaurant as well.

The place is perfect to disconnect and connect with nature, everything clean, the only thing that could improve is the address, which is not the address of the site, but it takes behind to another place.
