Situated into a protected forest belonging to Villaviciosa council (Asturias), inside the Cider production region, and 800m close to Playa España beach (at 12 minutes by foot). To let weekly the whole villa and stay almost during 1 week or more, checkin only on saturday or sunday. Pets not accepted.

The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. Stand-alone stone house in a 2,000 sq.m. fully enclosed property situated in a quiet and nature-sorrounded 3-property cul-de-sac 25 meters above Arnao beach (Castrillón municipality) and very close to Salinas beach. The city of Avilés is 7 kms away and it takes half an hour to get either to Oviedo or to Gijón. There are big supermarkets and grocery shops 1 mile from the house.

La Casona De Barrio

The Country House La Casona De Barrio is located in Barrio and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 28 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.
