Augusta's place was as charming as it was comfortable in every way. The shared living spaces had a welcoming design with an easy flow and created a great relaxed energy! We enjoyed the dining table and kitchen area as a group most nights. The cooking pans and dinner wear made cuisine easy. The bedrooms very comfortable and welcoming with gorgeous master bath with lovely soaking tub. Lots of windows to take in the views! The towels and linens were plentiful and plush. We would love to come again as our son lives in Orient and we enjoyed being able to walk over! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on the North Fork. Stayed off-season-calm, peaceful and relaxing setting with breathtaking views of the bay. The cottage had everything I needed and felt cozy and welcoming immediately. And very clean. Andrew was friendly, efficient and well organized. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for some R and R!

Lovely, private and comfortable apartment with peaceful marina and water views. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and unwind while getting out on the water in a kayak or simply taking in the water views while relaxing on the deck. The host is kind, easy to reach and helpful. This is a great place to stay and I look forward to a return visit!

Can not recommend more! Beautiful house and perfect location! Would love to come back. Kids loved the beach and finding shells and little sea creatures in low tide!
