There is electricity, lake water, fridge, freezer, sink, toilet (separate), washbasin, outdoor kitchen, 3 dining areas outside and 1 dining area inside. Three outdoor areas, one with a roof. The surroundings consist of fields, meadows and a horse paddock in a secluded environment by Lake Lången, 15 km from Örebro Castle. Parties or events are not allowed. Simple standard. Pets welcome.

The cottage has 2 floors and is about 75 m2. The cottage is completely renovated and is located on a high point overlooking Åmmeberg and Lake Vättern. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, shower, toilet and hall. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, etc. The living room is equipped with leather sofas, table, TV with Chromecast and stereo. Washing machine available. Majsans Stuga is a small but lovely cottage. It is idyllically located right on the water and near Road 233. You can swim in the lake, fish, hike in the surrounding countryside, ride a bike, read on the veranda right by the lake, or simply enjoy the view and unwind. In Kloten, about 10 km away, you can rent canoes or bicycles. In Kopparberg, about 12 km away, there are good shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants, museums, etc.
