The house in Åmmeberg is a cosy turn-of-the-century house. The house is 150m2 and has a large garden of 1150m2. The ground floor contains a kitchen, dining room, large living room, entrance hall, hallway, toilet and two bedrooms. The upper floor contains three bedrooms, a hall and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with porcelain and glass for 9 people, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker etc. Parking for 3-4 cars in the courtyard and electric car charger for a fee. Close to shops and the hotel restaurant.

Yellow house by the lake

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Proximity to the ski slope and high location overlooking Yxsjön! Here is the swimming area with a jetty right in front of the house. And ski tracks/exercise tracks around the corner. Approximately 40 minutes' drive to Säfsen, approximately 1 hour's drive to Romme Alpin and 20 minutes to Fjällberget. It is also possible to have fun with other exciting experiences during the barland season such as biking, hiking trails, fishing, mushroom picking, swimming, etc. See more in my "guidebook".

Skumraskhuset

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you can stay in a rural environment but still have proximity to restaurants and shops inside Örebro. With the Ekeby Dreve nature reserve around the corner and the lake Hjälmaren where a small motorboat is available on loan (summer time) you can experience nature in the best way. If you want to experience more pulse, just borrow bikes or take the bus into Örebro which is about 7 km from the house. The house is from the beginning of the 19th century but has been renovated with retained charm.

Valley Schoolhouse & Studio , Värmland, Ölsdalen

A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Bring the whole family to this stunning newly renovated villa consisting of five bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. At the front there is a large parking and at the back there are benches and tables with a small patio. Please note that the property is rented without bed linen and towels. There are duvets and pillows for six people. Guests clean after their stay. For longer/recurring bookings, you can buy cleaning and linens.

Alla öppna områden i huset är för våra gästers användning såsom kök, vardagsrum och tvättstuga. Städning ingår. Lakan och handdukar kan bokas till för 150 kr/person.

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.
