Small, quiet building. Tourist appartment legally registered. Guests have to pay 0,60 Euros per night as "tourist tax". The appartment is declared with the Catalonian Police. On arrival, guests have to fill out a form with thier details. Free parking in the whole area. No private garage.

We offer you to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.
