A separate toilet near the bedroom. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. A welcoming 40 m² living space with sliding glass doors opening onto the garden, featuring: a kitchen with a large central island/dining area, microwave/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, teapot, kettle, blender, toaster, raclette machine, crepe maker… plus basic pantry items available; a “bistro-style” dining area with a wide bench; a living area with two sofas, a 49" TV, a DVD player, a small video library, and a Wii game console; a sleeping nook with two built-in alcove bunk beds (140 cm each).

🌿 At 1100 m above sea level, in the heart of the Sancy massif, enjoy a quiet stay in a renovated old farmhouse surrounded by nature. Large garden, children's games, hikes starting from the cottage, and evenings by the fire: an ideal place to share simple moments with family or to recharge your batteries as a couple. Comfortable and cozy, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is suitable for both couples and families wishing to enjoy nature and the tranquility of the mountains.

Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Opposite and at the foot of Puy de Dôme, with a breathtaking direct view of it, beautiful renovated 57 m² apartment. Within a 5-minute walk to a bakery, restaurants and souvenir shops. Less than 10 minutes from Vulcania, the Lemptegy Volcano, 3 minutes from the Panoramique des Dômes, 10 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, it is a perfect base for sightseeing and walks. On the first floor of a building whose facade will soon be redone, above an enameled lava workshop/shop (quiet).

Towels, linens and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

We welcome you in an old renovated barn combining modernity and old world charm. You will find 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with shower and bathtub and dressing room) that can accommodate 9 people. A large living space with a kitchen open to the dining room. The lounge area is located on the mezzanine: a warm space conducive to rest. You can also enjoy a garage, and a small garden where you will have garden furniture and BBQ.

Ideally located in the heart of Sancy, with a unique view of both the Château de Murol and Sancy, this chalet will offer you a privileged moment of relaxation.
