Condo holiday rentals in Orange Beach

Joe was an excellent host. He responded to texts promptly and was very polite and helpful. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you could want/need. Our next visit to Orange Beach will likely include a return to this gem!

One word that comes to mind is “WOW!” The condo was perfect in every way. Easy to access and very comfortable. David and Susan are very fast with their response to any questions you may have. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view is spectacular! Very short walk to the beach. I have stayed at several location over the years and this is absolutely my favorite place! Can’t say enough about it. It was simply amazing! Very highly recommended A++++++++.

Our family of five enjoyed staying at this condo! What we loved: There are only 81 condos at Phoenix 8 which means quick elevators and less people! We played tennis every day! We watched dolphins in the early morning off of our balcony. Great view and easy beach access. Ike’s beach service was great! We loved the comfy condo to come back to after playing in the sun. We really enjoyed the bay view also on the opposite side as we got in the elevators every morning. It sure was beautiful to see the sun rise over the bay as well. This condo was very nicely updated. We have stayed in other Phoenix condos and really enjoyed this visit best! It would be nice to know the softness of the beds when booking. Everyone likes something different. The master bed is a firm bed. We would book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Check-in was easy, and the host was great with communication. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place and we enjoyed our time there. Only problems: ice machine in freezer did not make much ice, door to lanai wouldn’t lock but we loved the big handle and how easily it moved back and forth. Something that would be helpful is a designated area for you to put tents and chairs at the end of the day. It was difficult to either put it all back in your car or up to 15th floor and inside your condo. Thanks! We would definitely consider this condo in the future.

It was out first beach trip with our baby girl and it was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again or any other place owned by her!

Amazing location! We wanted somewhere close to restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. This was a perfect location. We felt at home the entire time. It was super hard to leave. Thank you for letting us stay! We truly enjoyed it and hope to be back soon!!

Best price for any condo in the area, being on second floor was great because we could just take the stairs rather than waiting an elevator.

LOVED our stay here! This condo is in a great location!! Right between two amazing restaurants and right on the water. Also super close to the state park… we actually rode our bicycles over to the park and spent the day and then came back and walked over to Tacky Jacks for dinner. The condo is right on the water and we were able to fish as well. The condo is super clean and Josh is very responsive to my questions and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. HIGHLY recommend this place and I plan on making plans to stay again in the future!

Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! The hosts are awesome and quick to respond about questions I had. The location was great! Had an amazing time with an awesome place to relax after the day was done.

This was my first experience with using Airbnb, and I am extremely satisfied with this listing! The host Daniel was amazing with instructions for check in and check out, and even gave us a list of things to do around the area. He was also very responsive with any questions I had. Will for sure stay here next time we come to Gulf Shores! Couldn’t recommend this place enough 🥰

She really helped me out in a jam where I had another housing situation fall through. It was a great place to stay while I was on Dauphin Island for a class at the sea lab!

The entire stay went smoothly and they were incredibly thoughtful as well as responsive. It was a tad pricy for taste but I wouldn’t change it. There were a few dirty pans but with a light scrub they were fine.

Was extremely convenient and super clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Great communication from start to finish. Had a couple hiccups but they were acted on immediately and professionally. The space is exactly as you see on the listing with ample drawer space, a closet to hang other items, full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. We were able to cook many meals within the unit. Walmart, Publix, Aldi all within 20 mins. Blalocks was a high point for getting fresh fish like grouper, triggerfish, triple tail, etc. A walk across the main street the condo sits on & down a few hundred feet is a trail entrance to Gulf State Park. We also drove, parked, and rented free bikes for a day. Three pools were air temp and cool. The 4th was heated and lovely, especially this time of year. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed the short 2 min walk it took to get there straight out back from the condo. Beach chairs provided. Towels weren't. Did tons of exploring at local restaurants for happy hours. GT's and Lunas were high points for great happy hour deals and live music.

Sunrises were nice, condo was equipped with everything needed for your stay. Melissa was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The place was having issues with elevator so only one was working which made things a little difficult with 15 floors! I prefer a softer bed than what we had but that’s just me, some may like a firmer mattress. We enjoyed our time at the beach and on the balcony, we made memories and that’s what counts!!! Thanks for the little snack basket that was provided!!

I stayed here with my husband for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday! It was a great location, wonderful ocean view, and a quick jaunt to groceries or restaurants. Great kitchen amenities to have coffee or tea in the mornings and do some basic cooking for breakfast/lunch (several of our meals were planned out for birthday celebrations!) Would absolutely recommend!

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo. Close to everything you could want or need. Condo was clean and plenty of room for me, my husband, and two kids. Def recommend.

I can not give Sunni and her condo a better review. My boyfriend and I were evactuated from a different condo building at 7pm on a Wednesday with nowhere to stay. I found this condo and Sunni immediately responded. She was able to help us secure this condo in literal minutes. Her instructions were easy, clear, and concise. When entering the condo- I could tell how clean it was before the door was even open- the smell of fresh linen. The condo was immaculate and so perfectly appointed. Her bedding/pillows/blankets are plentiful and very comfortable, great television, very helpful beach equipment, and a kitchen that with appliances that far exceed what she has listed. Sunni adds personal touches that immediately made us feel welcome.
