You will be staying in a comfortable, fully furnished holiday home, the "Dashuis". The house is next to our own house and has its own entrance. You have your own, enclosed terrace with plenty of privacy. In the immediate vicinity, chances are you will encounter deer or a kingfisher. The location is in a natural environment with ample hiking and biking possibilities. Cities are easily accessible, Leeuwarden 30 min., Groningen 40 min. A direct bus to Heerenveen with, among other things, the Thialf ice stadium.

In a very convenient location compared to the beautiful forests of the Oranjewoud and the center of Heerenveen is this cute vacation home with its own sun terrace and unobstructed views of the garden. This former garage has been completely transformed into a comfortable and cozy studio. You can enjoy cycling and walking nearby and the Frisian lake area is a 20 minute drive from here. Furthermore, the center of Heerenveen offers plenty of cozy terraces and bars.

If you are looking for well-deserved rest and nature and you love cycling, hiking and water, then book our brand-new vacation cottage or pod. Located in the water-rich outskirts of the peat hop but close to Drachten, Leeuwarden and Heerenveen. Our cottage is located on a spacious plot in nature on a lot next to our residential farmhouse. The recreational home has optimal privacy with a private parking.

Log cabin in the middle of the forest

Hidden in the greenery is the log cabin. A place with lots of privacy on the edge of the forest and with a beautiful view. In the log cabin, you will find a double bed, a kitchen with fridge and stove, a sitting area, a dining area and a wardrobe. In good weather, you can sit on the terrace of the log cabin. The shower, toilet and a sink are located in a separate sanitary unit about 25 meters from the log cabin and are only used by the guests of the log cabin.

In Southeastern Friesland we invite you to stay in our new guesthouse. Many attractions like the UNESCo World-Herritage Site "Koloniën van Weldadigheid" and the national park "Drenths-Fries wold") are only minutes away.
