From the train station in the center of the village it is about 500 meters. The nearest bakery can be reached by car in about 5 minutes. The accommodation is ideal as a starting point for short and longer hiking and mountain biking tours in the idyllic hilly landscape and forests of the surrounding area.

Bad Peterstal-Griesbach is a beautiful hiking area with many routes, including the 3 certified hiking routes: Wiesensteig, Schwarzwaldsteig and the newest: Himmelssteig. All are about 11 kilometers long. The Schwarzwaldsteig runs right past our house. In the village and in the area, there are several restaurants, a swimming pool and a midget golf course (free with the Konus-Gästekarte). Throughout the year, there are many cozy festivals, from strawberry to wine festivals.
