Studio apartment, small with its own entrance, complete with bathroom and kitchen, including a sofa bed that can be turned into a double bed. Central in Ski. 900 meters to Ski center with Ski Station. 200 meters to convenience store. Nice and quiet residential area. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with the entrance on the backside of the house. Parking just outside the apartment on its own plot. The place is great for one person, but can also be suitable for 2 people for shorter stays, 2-3 days. (Note: somewhat cramped for 2 people).

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak and canoe. There is a shallow and child-friendly sandy beach. 10-12 metres out there is good depth. Good fishing opportunities, with different local fish species The TV is connected to Apple TV

Within walking distance of Kolbotn town centre, with shops/restaurants, and trains/buses to Oslo. 10 min by car to Tusenfryd. 5 min by car to The well, Nord Europe's largest spa. The cabin is a part of a half acre large property "Krislund", situated in a quiet place, 200 m from the beach, in an area with old houses and large gardens. View towards Oslo. The ferry to Oslo goes regulary from the tip of Nesodden, 20 min walk. 25 min drive to the amusementpark "Tusenfryd". We live in the mainhouse of the property. Optimal for two persons, possible with four. (The loft-bed is a bit claustrophobic dough fully sized)
