Due to its location on the outskirts of the city, the accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike rides as well as walking and jogging. Restaurants, grocery stores and a bakery are within walking distance. 15min to the center

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.

Our ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the winery village of Munzingen (district of Freiburg). On about 50 square meters, it offers 1 quiet bedroom with workspace, 1 living room with open kitchen and 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer. A private terrace also belongs to the apartment.
