We offer a very nice, sunny and comfortable apartment at the top of the hill in Zurich Witikon, District 7 area. Far enough from the city noise but close enough to be there in 20 minutes. It’s located inside a 3 family house recently renovated. We have experience hosting visitors as well relocating families until they find a new home, you can register your address here and receive post from the city. This unique loft is 13 minutes from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.

Our guests have their own apartment, but it is only rented to one party at a time. It has two double beds and a single bed. Baby cot on request. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible via stairs (no elevator), but very quiet and with great views of Munot, the Rhine and Schaffhausen. The city of Schaffhausen is a 10-minute walk away. Parking for your car will be provided by us. Large roof terrace for undisturbed sunbathing.
