Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Općina Župa Dubrovačka

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Fabulous location and host. This place is perfectly positioned with easy walking access to the old town, cable car and beach. Niko is a lovely guy and was super helpful and responsive, helping us arrange transfers and trips. Defo recommend!

We had a great 1-night stay at this Airbnb! The place was Awesome, clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a short visit. Everything we needed was there — comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a smooth check-in process. The host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again for a quick and easy stay!

We had a fantastic stay! On walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik. Old town is super easy to get to with an Uber. Appartment had everything to wish for.

We stayed 10 days, great place indeed. We were allowed an early check-in and found everything exactly as described in the listing. Our daughter enjoyed the garden and trampolin and was feeding all the cats in the neighborhood. Great for family as we could also do our laundry and totally felt at home. Very close to supermarket, good restaurants right around the corner and I did every morning 10k rumning around the peninsula and park with great views. We always felt safe. People are friendly. Only downside were the many construction sites all over Dubrovnik. We were told especially in Mai before season and elections they are working everywhere. On the other hand it was not that crowed yet perfect temperature. Great vacation mixing beaches, island trips and cultural sightseeing. Will come back for sure.

Very good stay at Ivana's, the apartment is clean and well-equipped. The sea view from the balcony is very beautiful.

We can’t think of a better place to enjoy Dubrovnik from than Mateo’s. It is a lovely cottage situated right on a harbour just south of the City. The property has a pier on the water which can be used for swimming and sunbathing. It also has multiple decks that provide all day sun access. The property marks the beginning of a wonderful pedestrian promenade that goes along the scenic outskirts of Dubrovnik. This featured many lovely beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants. The property is also near grocery stores and features private parking (although we did not find a need to use the car while in Dubrovnik. The unit was cool and comfortable and featured all reasonably expected amenities. Mateo was a gem! Helpful, pleasant, informative and very interesting to chat with. He also generously provided some delicious homemade brandy and a couple much appreciated cold beer on our arrival. We are grateful for Mateo’s hospitality and hope to return at some point in the future.

If this place is available during your travel dates, you’re incredibly lucky. Sardan’s home was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—both in Korea and abroad. More than the great location and comfort, it was Sardan’s kindness that made our stay unforgettable. He’s not just a host—he’s one of the warmest people I’ve ever met. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and the view is even better than in the photos. Many worry about stairs in Dubrovnik, but Sardan wouldn’t let us carry our luggage himself. Truly thoughtful! We were so touched by his generosity that we wrote him a postcard before leaving—our first time ever doing that for a host. Thanks to him, we had the perfect honeymoon. We even took a photo together at the end because it was so hard to say goodbye. I sincerely recommend this stay to everyone. It's not just a place—it’s a beautiful experience. Thank you, Sardan. We had a lovely week in Mlini and with Irena’s brilliant recommendations we spent memorable days exploring Dubrovnik and visiting gorgeous restaurants with wonderful views. It was a short walk to the beach club or a quieter rocky beach with pristine waters for swimming and snorkelling. Excellent location.

Kind and helpful host. Area was nice and quiet, lovely view of the hills. Pool area was nice and private.

We absolutely loved Villa Vera. It was such a fun house, accommodating our group perfectly. Its location is great, near to shopping and restaurants. The walk isn’t super relaxed due to traffic and a couple spots lacking a sidewalk. However, for those who were uncomfortable with the walk, we easily ordered an uber. We went for a fun outing most days but everyone was also happy to just stay at the house because of the pool, theater room and comfy couches. We also loved the crushed ice machine and washing machine for our use. The kitchen was so well stocked that we made a few treats and always had a relaxed breakfast at the villa. We all agree, it’s been our favorite Airbnb. Zeljana couldn’t have done more for us. She is wonderful!

A perfect holiday with our two teenage kids. The villa is spacious and fully air conditioned, and the kids were delighted to have their own rooms with attached bathroom. The weather was gloriously hot so we spent the week in the pool or at the beach. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach a number of beaches ranging from busy with full amenities (bars, cafes) to quiet spots where you can see fish swimming in the clear water. You can also hire pedalos, SUPs, kayaks, jet skis, etc. There are many restaurants to choose from, specialising in pizzas, pasta, grilled fish and meat, and even though it was peak season we didn't need to book. The shop at the top of the road sells everything you need and includes a bakery so you can get fresh croissants and delicious watermelon. An excellent place to stay, highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Nikolina was so hospitable as a host. The place was great for a large group. I would definitely want to come back.
