A really lovely, very cosy flat. Lots of space including lovely little terrace at the front. Its in a great location close to buses, and the beach at lapad. But also nice and queit cul-de-sac. We were made to feel very welcome and at ease. Definitely recommend.

It is lovely quaint apartment, in a great location in old town, near restaurants and bars. Recommend for those wanting to experience the old town!

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

The host Tanja speaks English, is very nice, friendly, cooperative and replies for messages very fast. The apartment is in a new building, located at a silent street, on a hill (offers unforgettable views on sea/bay/mountains), 10 minutes walk down hill (20 minutes in reverse uphill direction) to port and two peninsulas (with about seven tiny, rocky beaches hidden under sun and pines shades), 5 minutes walk to bus stop/convenience store/restaurant. The apartment is very clean, cozy (rather recently arranged - freshly painted walls and new furniture), equipped in all indispensable utensils (towel racks, pots, pans, toaster, electric kettle, air condition, scented sticks, wi-fi).

Good location, close to Dubrovnik , without having to be in the middle of crowds. Beach , good restaurants and a small supermarket just a stone's throw away.

We came to Dubrovnik on a family vacation and Marijo’s house was the perfect way to start our trip. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire visit there. The place was recently renovated and surpassed our expectations - the house was very spacious, clean, modern and an overall beautiful space. The pool and grilling area were the best way to spend the days and nights and very inviting. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms all updated and modern. Marijo was the perfect host and his house was walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, a brewery, ferry and a 15 minute uber from old town. Super safe area as well (police station nearby). We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Once again, we have had a great stay at Villa Magnolia. This is our second visit here and we enjoy the house and the pool area. A short distance to Mlini harbor with cozy restaurants and short distance to a bakery and local shop. Can really recommended to other guests and we will be happy to return next summer.

As a group of young people we absolutely loved staying at this Villa. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very warm welcome from Danica , she was very helpful and gave us an in depth tour of her home. The house its self was even more beautiful in person and we were definitely not disappointed. Any dilemmas that we had faced Danica was only a message away, with fast responses and always there to help. Location wise the Villa is set in a peaceful area surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains . Ubers were definitely a life saver for us as a group when travelling to local towns which wasn’t actually that far. As a whole we thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa! The location was great to walk to the beach and resturants in the area. Plus, good location to travel north or south for day trips. We rented a car but we could have walked to harbor and taken the water taxi into Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The beach was lovely - clear, clean water for swimming and water sports. Hosts were very friendly! Slept great on all the beds - nice linens provided. The villa was perfect size/spacious for our family of 5 (parents and 3 adult children). The kitchen is well equiped, some basics were provided to start our stay (including coffee and filters!!). Loved the pool (used every day) and terrace areas.

Fig and Oak is in a beautiful location. It has a well equipped kitchen and 2 lovely areas outside to sit and eat. It is tranquil and teaming with butterflies, insects and wildlife. It is a clean and comfortable, converted farmhouse. Katarina is the most attentive host, always responding promptly to any questions, with constructive help. It is a 20/30 minute walk to Mlini on a relatively quiet road - okay for adults, with care, but not great with baby in buggy. Car is essential if you have a baby or toddler. Overall, a fantastic place in a great location but not particularly baby/toddler friendly.

Super nice house. Clean and tidy. Lovely pool that was completely private. Quiet and quiet neighborhood. Steep and small streets up to the house, but we could get back and forth with a BIG car. We were shown a path to the beach by some locals, so it took about 12-15 minutes to walk down with a lot of stairs, but our children of 10 and 11 could walk down there and home again.

We had a wonderful stay here with two young children. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pool area was fantastic with drinks available. It’s a very peaceful place with a 10 min walk into Mlini. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Croatia!

Amazing place in many ways! We were staying with my cousin and 4 kids at Ines & Dragan’s house ,everybody was happy and won’t leave that paradise! Everything so close,great then you have a car ,beautiful beach just 5 min drive and walk a little bit. Kitchen fully equipped all you need is there ! Swimming pool great size we swim a lot . Fantastic air and figs tree are so delicious ! Best place to be !

Stunning view over the bay from an enormous balcony. Very spacious. Great location and close to beach as well as shops. Great host.

Sheila's house is great. It is located in a super close town town of kupari beach. You can go by boat to Dubrovnik, by bus. Sejla helped us with a late check-in since we struggled with a huge delay of the .bus coming from Split and despite the hours, we attended. Totally recommended.

Everything was great. The only thing that suprised us was that the big outside balony serves as a parking. Host were very nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful hosts! What you would want and hope for from all AirBnB hosts. Great communication, clean and modern accommodation, honest advice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made my trip most enjoyable. Yes, Mlini is a 15-20 minute trip from Dubrovnik; but it was easily accessible to public transport, taxis, airport shuttles, and tour buses. All of them stopped at the public bus stop on the main road, only a short 5 minute hike up the hill/steps. I didn't have to go all the way to Dubrovnik, then back track to catch transport to the airport or Montenegro. Definitely a great value to stay here.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. our host was very responsive, we arrived a little earlier than expected and was accommodated without a problem. We were given good advice about the local bus service and shops. The location is lovely, everything you need is within a 10 minute walk, with the beach just at the bottom of the hill. Wish we had booked for longer.

the apartment is absolutely beautiful, really confortable beds, the pool is very nice along with incredible views. The house is easy to find if you follow the signs on the street, you need a car for sure since it's really up in the mountain. I would recommend this place 100%

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and we are very pleased. It is located conveniently close to the pool and also got two private outside resting areas (with table and chairs) where you can enjoy your morning coffee or prepare your own meal for family and guests. The pool area is very nice and we used it a lot. The room was spacious and practical and the beds were nice and comfortable. I can give this the warmest recommendation. The Villa Carmen is perfectly located closed to all surrounding facilities.
