The holiday home Mala in Preko on the island of Ugljan is the right place to escape the city crowds and hustle and bustle. Here you forget problems, breathe deeply, think clearly and rest. The house is a combination of the old and the new, we have renovated the old house, but the traces of the past remain. It has two terraces, which are used as the sun shines on the courtyard. The morning, western one is where you drink coffee, and the afternoon northern one is for dining. In the evening, you can relax with a glass of good wine or a cocktail on one of them.

Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. Shop & restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 200 m. 70 m from the center.This house is located in the center of Diklo. , and so is the beach, just across the street and you are there! the tennis court and the restaurant Taverna, as well as 2 caffes are located within 50m range from the house.

Small old stone house near the sea

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

A family house with two apartments for rent on the ground floor. Located in the favorite turist location in Zadar - Diklo, with the pine forest up above the house and the beach just 70 meters from the house. Plenty of parking space, with very little traffic. Beautiful beach extents through the entire suburbs and you can choose the type which suites you - rocks, pebbles, sand... The entire suburb is family friendly so it is ideal for families with children.
