I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

The Apartment was very well thought out, with a deck and nice outdoor furniture. The grocery store across the street was a bonus to the right of that was the beach. Would have used the workout room downstairs if I had stayed longer. The other added bonus They own the coffee shop downstairs, which serves breakfast, lunch and snacks, and coffee. It was great to be on the beach and away from the hustle of downtown.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

We spent 2 weeks in the apartment at Lovre's place and it was the most beautiful vacation we had (and we traveled with two small and sometimes pretty moody kids). The apartment is well designed, with air conditioning (which we really welcomed in July), with a view of the sea and a garden. It provides plenty of privacy and peace, but at the same time you're in 5 minutes in a restaurant or on the beach. We can only recommend Kali - perfect for a quiet but not boring vacation. It has restaurants, cafes and a large shop, 2 city beaches and a bar. But especially no tourist traps:) And if you miss a bigger city, you can also walk to the ferry to Zadar within 30min (by car, but you can make it in 5 min). But the most beautiful is the Blue bay beach outside the city, where you can also bike, and which Lovre just recommended to us - as well as other places. Lovre is a great host - he made us feel like we were a local. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

The owners were very helpful and kind. The stay and the local recommendations was nothing but incredible!

Cornelis was an incredibly friendly host who responded to my messages very quickly. He even went above and beyond by fulfilling a personal request and arranging flowers for my wife at our accommodation, as it was her birthday when we arrived. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Martin's apartment is very nice and clean: it has everything you need. You can park directly in front. There are all the amenities nearby. Martin was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times, thank you! I highly recommend this listing in Zadar.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

We had a lot of fun with our two dogs in the apartment on the highest floor. It was very quiet, we spent a lot of time on the balcony and it felt really private and cozy. The place had everything we needed. It’s really easy to find and there’s plenty of parking in the front. The host, Nataša, is very nice, responds fast, likes dogs and is a good chatter. We loved her! I definitely suggest renting this place! Oh and there’s a pool and a jacuzzi! 😊

My stay at Luka's place was very positive! The apartment was great, super clean, very close to the bus station, and had everything we needed, plus small details like some cold drinks in the fridge and family-produced olive oil (incredibly delicious). But I think the best part was being greeted by Luka's dog, Chili 😍 Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family with a baby. The location was great, 2min walk to the beach, small shop and bakery one house away. A restaurant and ice cream parlor were also a 2-minute walk away. If you are looking for more chic bars, club and other restaurants, you have to go to the other side of the island, which is also accessible by 15 minutes by car. The apartment with the terrace and shared barbecue area is top! The apartment is on the main road, so also a bit noisy in the evening. But the bedroom is on the quiet side. The contact person on site was very nice and accommodating, always easily accessible. The use of a washing machine would have been great for a longer stay and a few more towels, but there are only small things. If we come to Vir again, we'd love to come back here. a very nice bright apartment with a sleek decoration. very well equipped, impeccable bedding and linens. the apartment is very well located close to the beaches with a nice path for walking. small convenience store close by and very close to the city center. luka and Leticia are very friendly and responsive hosts. I found myself in a somewhat complicated situation and they immediately helped me with confidence. check-in instructions are very clear and private parking on site.

I had a great time. Friendly, close to the store, easy to get to the beach and downtown. The apartment is clean. The stove is not easy, it took me 40 minutes to boil water for pasta. Plus, it's great. A great host helped us with transportation and recommended places to go.

the location was great , Alma is very nice and friendly , you can reach the old town on foot, everything is about 5 to 12 minutes to reach on foot , shopping is also very close

Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Amazing stay in a beautiful property. Close to Zadar, which is a fantastic city with many wonderful beaches. We loved the pool, the outdoor eating area, and we're grateful for the air conditioning. Great place.

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.
