appartement très correct très propre avec un balcon grand ,vue sur mer oui, un peu en dehors de Zadar dans un joli quartier, les bus sont pas très proches mais on peut s y garer facilement un petit accès à la plage merveilleux avec des couchers de soleil inoubliables 😍😍 donc je recommande ! I had a short and very nice stay! Tomislav and his wife were very friendly. They recommended lots of things and I loved the view from the apartment. Although it's a bit tricky to get there Kali is beautiful and I couldnt imagine having a better start of the morning. The ferry to Zadar is near (one bustop or take a walk along the coast of 30 min). The only thing which was for me a bit difficult was finding a good/bigger supermarket. You have one where the busstop is, but I couldnt find at first. The little shops have some things, but if you want to eat something in house you should go to a bigger market. Tomislav and his wife are everytime near by if you need help. And due to the fact I had some bad experience in other apartments, I'd like to mention that the whole apartment was very clean and smelled very good 😍. I felt very comfortable. I would come again with more time and a car! 😊 Hvala vam puno!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Zadar und die Wohnung von Zlata hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen! Die Lage ist hervorragend – fußläufig zum Wasser, ruhig gelegen und mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen kleinen Highlights: die Sonne auf der Terrasse, die Schildkröten im Garten und das frische Obst direkt vor der Haustür. Zlata und Igor sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the stay at the aparment. The village, Lukoran, is very dreamy and idyllic with a lot of beautiful quiet beaches (most of them are pebble strands but not a problem to go there in the beautiful clear water - without any jellyfishes). The citizens are also friendly and supportive. The apartment is smaller than thought, but has everything you need - Also an air-conditioner. Also the view from the balcony to the beach is very beautiful, although you share the balcony with your neighbours from the house. It was still quiet and we had very friendly neighbours). Special thanks we want to say to Branko, which is a very friendly, charming, supportive and lovely man. He gave to us figs, fig marmelade and tips where to go. If you want to explore Ugljan we recomment to rent a car before the vacation or e-bikes.

La casa e in una posizione splendida con un terrazzo ampio e con vista mare meravigliosa. Appena fuori dal cancello c'è un accesso al mare, una piccola piattaforma di cemento che affaccia su mare cristallino. Il paese di Savar non ha negozi né servizi, in compenso é in uno scenario naturale meraviglioso, con una chiesetta sul mare e un piccolo promontorio con pineta. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni di vacanza con la famiglia bellissimi. Host gentile e disponibile. Dugi Otok e un'isola incantevole. Cucina molto fornita e funzionale. Ampio tavolo sul terrazzo. Arredo un po' datato ma funzionale. Eccezionale!

The place is beautiful, the sea is right in front of the house and it's pretty quiet. Žarko does everything on his own, he was very friendly and let us check in early. Everything's been as described (except for the bicycles, that we had to rent at another place). We had a wonderful time and would recommend Žarkos place to everyone who'd like a peaceful vacation.

Mislav est très accueillant et flexible. Les instructions sont claires. Le logement est situé dans un charmant quartier calme, proche de Zadar. Le logement est propre et le nécessaire est à disposition comme évoqué dans l’annonce. Top !

Die Unterkunft war echt schön. Wir waren zu 7. dort und durch die getrennten Wohnungen hatte man auch abends immer seine Ruhe. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und hat das Kochen für 7 Personen sehr schön gemacht. Vor allem das Beach House bietet sich super dafür an. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und ist ein schönes extra gewesen. :) Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 15-20 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt, was es uns einfach gemacht hat, auch mal einen Tag in Zadar zu verbringen. Einkaufen waren wir immer bei TOMMYS, der ist auch 15 Minuten entfernt aber es gibt auch näher gelegen viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Unterkunft bei Andrea auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! :)

It was a great time for us as a family, the host was extremely friendly and caring and our kids were welcomed in a very heartwarming way. The appartment was very clean and we had everything we could need and some extra details like bathrobe for each Family member. We will come back and recommend the Apartments for other Families.

tolle, geräumige wohnung im ersten stock mit grosser, überdachter terasse wo man den sonnenuntergang abends ansehen kann. alles sehr sauber. super gelegen, alles nötige gut zu fuss erreichbar. die besitzer wohnen im ersten stock, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und pflegen den aussenbereich inkl. pool täglich. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und denken gerne an den aufenthalt zurück.

Wundervolles, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus und allerbester Lage direkt am Meer. Baden im Meer direkt am Haus möglich. Fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort sowie eine nette Strandbar und Café. Wenige Autominuten von der ansprechenden Hafenstadt Preko entfernt. Herzliche Gastgeber und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

If you don't search for crowded place, then this is the great place for you. Everything was as on pictures. The (especially morning) view on the bay is amazing. It is the perfect villa for families where kids can play in/by the pool and the parents can relax. The pool was clean. The villa is very well-equipped and there is everything needed like in standard house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Some notes, that you need to count with: - access route to the house is very narrow and with a wider car it will be difficult (see google street view) - there is a parking place for one car and it is difficult to turn around there - loud music/drunk people every evening from Tramontama beach bar - many mosquitos - repellent is a must - Sutomišćica is a village - there's nothing to do there and there is only one very expensive market where you can't buy anything - many Sea urchins in the sea near the house (look where you step) - quite a windy place

Absolute gem!!! Perfect location for exploring Zadar and the surrounding area. Spacious balcony overlooking the beach and harbour, perfect for breakfast and evening meals watching the sun set. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Zadar old town about 15 min drive or a pleasant walk round the marinas which took about an hour. Good selection of bars and restaurants close by.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super! Der Privatstrand war fabelhaft und es war himmlisch ruhig. Sandra und ihr Bruder sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und gut - genau das, wonach wir gesucht haben. Nachbarn gibt es nicht. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten die schönen kleinen Ortschaften gut erreichen. Für eine ruhige Auszeit direkt am Meer wirklich super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, groß genug für zwei auf alle Fälle (auch mit kleinem Kind), gut gelegen, alle Strände der schönen Halbinsel Puntamika zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Uns hat nichts aus dem etwas entfernten Stadtzentrum gefehlt. Josipa hatte immer die richtigen Infos, wenn wir was über Zadar unseren Aufenthalt oder besonders über Ausflüge und Unternehmungen wissen wollten. Sie und ihre Mutter sind einfach super nett. Die Unterkunft ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Srecka è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e accogliente. La casa è situata circa a metà strada tra Preko e Cali, piena di numerosi moli da dove poter fare il bagno. Il terrazzo vista mare vale tutto. Spettacolare.

Martina’s place is great, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. She is an ideal host always responds quickly and very helpful. Location is great literally across the road from the beach. Puntamika is pretty quiet but has a few nice restaurants/bars and it’s very easy to get into Zadar itself. We’d definitely return. Thank you Martina.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Sabine war wunderbar und sie hat auch immer schnell reagiert. Wir konnten sie noch kennenlernen, da sie auch vor Ort war und fanden sie sehr sympathisch. Sie hat das alte Haus ganz wunderbar und liebevoll saniert. Aufgrund der vorhanden Struktur sind knarzende Dielen unvermeidbar, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön war der Standort direkt am Wasser und man konnte gleich ins Meer springen. Vor Ort die kleineren Restaurants waren alle wunderbar. Es war ein schöner kleiner erholsamer nicht vom Massentourismus frequentierter Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum grossartig. Dejan war sehr flexibel was den Check-In betrifft und gibt gerne Auskunft über die Umgebung und gute Restaurants. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und der Standort sehr ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Possibly my favourite stay in Croatia so far. Matej’s house is beyond perfect, with an almost private beach access just in front. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking disrance, but not so close that they would spoil the peacefulness. We loved everything about this holiday and Matej was extremely helpful with everything we needed.
