Holiday rentals with beach access in Općina Pakoštane

The little beach house was absolutely lovely—very well-kept and cozy. Everything you’d expect or need was there. The pebble beach is just a one-minute walk away. The beautiful terrace is perfect for relaxing. Ana was very welcoming and helpful. We would love to come back anytime!

We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

We stayed with Irena for less than 2 weeks as a family with 2 children in July 2024 and had a wonderful time. We were very warmly welcomed and we felt "at home" from the first moment and it felt very familiar. The apartment was beautiful, completely met our expectations and our needs, it was exactly as shown on the pictures and was also big enough for the 4 of us. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all accessories. We had a wonderful and perfect holiday and Irena's open and accessible manner and your great apartment, had a very big part of it. Dear Irena, Thank you so much for letting us being your guests. My family and I rented Lea's apartment for over a week long stay in Pakoštane. This place exceeded our wildest expectations. Lea is a lovely host, and communicative , she was very quick to respond to our messages with questions, the apartment had everything you needed, and even more than we expected, like in our own home. And above all, very clean and fresh🤗🤗 Close to the beach (within 5 min walk) beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and nearby islands. Breakfast daily on the balcony 😎 Parking at the entrance of the block. The apartment is well appointed and is very well located in the city center with cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the beach and harbor with sailing connections right at your fingertips. There was a leap of people on the street and at the eateries and on the small stage on the harbor, which contributed to a good vibe. However, if you are very sensitive to sounds, the apartment is not ideal for the same reason, as you can hear people on the street late at night and early in the morning. However, for us it was no problem, we like the sound of life and people. The beds are good and air conditioning on both floors works really well. When we arrived, there were fruit and biscuits and wine for us. Veronika was very helpful with all questions and sent links to nearby beaches and getaways. The parking is at 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, but works perfectly with the parking pass, which is attached to the apartment. We are already dreaming of returning one day.

The view from the balcony is beautiful, you can't get enough of it! The apartment is clean and functional. Well located for day trips (Zadar, Plitvice, Zadar,...) I recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very nice and offered a fantastic view from the terrace. The host was extremely friendly and always available via Airbnb. I especially liked that even two bicycles and a paddle boat were available – a really nice gesture. Absolutely recommended!

The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

The terrace is great, nice and big, the outdoor living room. If you want to go to the sea and like it quiet, bring a hammock, then you can escape the hustle and bustle and use a secluded beach. Luka was accessible and helpful at all times.

We spent wonderful days with our children at Ivana's house. The location is particularly great, right on the lake with private access and perfect for the children to swim as it is very shallow on the Shore. In the garden you will always find a shade spot during the day.

Super place for visiting Pirovac. Good location. Keep in mind that there is a church close by, so from 6:00 AM you can hear bell ringing if the window will stay open at night. Really liked the old school interior details.

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

I would recommend the place to everyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk. Nearby is the promenade on the beach bars and restaurants were, you could also take dogs everywhere. Value for money was great

Very pleasant and clean accommodation with nice small terrace and sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Due to the existing air conditioning, the nights were very pleasant. Great location, in a few minutes you can walk to the sea and restaurants. Ivanka and her husband are extremely nice, helpful and communicative! We'd love to come back anytime!

You can’t beat the view from the balcony. Perfect place. Everything is close by. Hosts are really nice. Vegetarian people need to do some search in the area for food. Basic stuff still available everywhere.

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

The host is very kind and lovely woman. She and her daughter were always there in case we required something. The apartment was clean, comfy and well maintained. When we arrived, we had a bottle of water and juice in our fridge and when we left, the host gave us homemade jam and liker. Hosts also have their tree of figs and each second day they shared them with us. We were very pleased and excited of their hospitality. The place is very close to the beach which is very calm and not crowded. Also, we visited close cities in about 10-15 minutes from there: Pakoštane and Bigostan. Highly recommend this place🤗
