Alle voorzieningen zijn binnen 200 mtr bereikbaar. Schitterende natuurgebieden zijn in de directe omgeving en lenen zich prima voor heerlijke wandelingen en fietstochten. De woning is in 2018 gebouwd en energie-neutraal. Daar betaald u dan ook niets voor. Let op! De woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen. Adults only!!

The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity.
