Mieke and Filip were fantastic hosts, going far beyond what could be expected to ensure our stay was memorable. The booking at a local restaurant was a highlight on our arrival. Mieke made the booking for us when I enquired about places to eat late on a Sunday arrival. The cottage was exactly as described. A very cleverly designed and well- appointed small space with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. A really relaxing home within their large, private, beautifully sunny garden. The area is very safe and all local amenities are within short walking distance. Bus to Bruges stops close by and makes for an easy excursion. Mieke and Filip ensure that your every need is catered for with the attentiveness of experienced , friendly hosts. It was a pleasure to stay with them - and Elle the Belgian Shepherd is a real softie who loves to be stroked. We would definitely return and can thoroughly recommend the Cosy Cottage to others. Filip’s mohitos were outstanding. 😎

Cute accommodation in a quiet, impeccable cleanliness, private and unobstructed. Self check-in and checkout at the top, we did not meet the owners, which gave us the impression of coming to our small holiday home. The hot tub was hot and the sauna was working. The mattress is very comfortable (and I'm difficult with a mattress). We went to Bruges with our little folding bikes in 30min, pedaling quietly, the paths and bike paths are very convenient and not very used by cars. Only downside: the fireplace was full of ash, there were logs and matches, but no small wood or firelighter, making it very difficult to start the fire. That didn't stop us from having a lovely relaxing weekend.

One of the best places we have stayed in. The owners did everything for our easy stay from check-in to farewell. We were told where to eat nearby, where to walk and what to see. Fantastic apartments that impress with their feature and beauty. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more. Comfortable beds and pillows, which is very important to me personally. We forgot our belongings in the apartment and the owners kindly contacted us and returned them. This apartment is love!
