If you are travelling for work, there is a large desk that allows you to work comfortably with plenty of natural light and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The kitchenette (small kitchen) is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full cookware, tableware and glassware, allowing you to prepare a light meal or enjoy a slow breakfast at home. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort. First floor with elevator. Few neighbors and quiet. It has a cold and heat pump, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Possibility of parking a few meters away for an additional fee and forget about the car, because you have all the services within walking distance to get to know the entire historic center and downtown.
