The beautiful ocean is right in front of you, and behind you is a lush mountain view. If you rent one unit, you can have exclusive use of the first and second floors and the BBQ terrace. You can also spend time with your dog in the living room. You can easily enjoy SUP and sea kayaking (rentals available, advance booking required) and BBQ (free equipment). Delivery rental bicycles are available (advance booking required). The sea is calm, the water is clear, and you can go fishing. You can also enjoy cycling and mountain climbing, and the top of Mt Takami (283 m above sea level) on the island offers a spectacular 360-degree view. The front garden of the villa is large, so you can also have a campfire (notification required). Mukojima is connected to the mainland by a free bridge (Onomichi Bridge). It is a convenient island with 3 large supermarkets, a home centre, a drugstore and a 100 yen shop. There are also local restaurants (such as seafood rice bowls and okoyaki), Italian and French cuisine, a Galette shop, and delicious ice cream and pancake shops. There is a tennis court 15 minutes away by car. There are also power spots such as shrines and large rocks.

The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. Here, the right answer is to do nothing and just be. How about emptying your mind? If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route. Because I like old things and want to keep them, I have kept the decorations, shelves, drawers, and other items from the 1940s as they were. It is conveniently located a 2-minute walk from the main street, restaurants, public baths, shopping streets, etc. It is a 3-minute walk to the ropeway that goes up to Sengoji Temple. It is a 15-minute walk from the station. (3 minutes by bus.)It is an old Japanese house, so it is cold in winter. Those who are not good with old things, those who think that a 15-minute walk from the station is difficult (bad location rating). In many cases, I cannot hand over the key. Communication with guests is often only by email or phone. We ask that you contact us one hour before check-in. Please read the images, descriptions, etc. carefully before making a reservation. If you are dissatisfied with anything, please refrain from booking for the sake of both parties. Because the house is near the railroad, you will hear the sound of the train. Although we are taking measures, please understand that centipedes and spiders may wander into the room from spring to autumn. Daisenji Shrine, supermarkets, and convenience stores are also about 5 minutes away by car. It is also a good location for walking. The popular marine bath facility, Mare Glacia, is about 8 minutes by car (2.2 km).

(It's quiet because it doesn't run from 11:40 PM to 6:20 AM) If you are staying with 2 people, you can have separate bedrooms.Or you can combine two single beds to make a double bed. Please let us know your requirements. Free parking is available below the guest house, but please be aware that it is difficult to access from the public road. Also, please park your car inside the white lines. Please be careful not to smoke.

We have the second house in Ikuchi Island. You can stay there whenever we don't use it. Please check in between 3pm and 11pm. Please pick up this house key from the key case on the premises. There is no WIFI in this house. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There is a cafe nearby, but it closes at 5pm. There are no street lamps around the neighborhood. Please turn on the outdoor light when stepping out at night.
