Quiet location as the last house on a cul-de-sac without any traffic. Room for several cars on the garage driveway. Child-friendly garden with large areas fenced by hedges. Terrace with lounge group and dining area that has a sunny position most of the day. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 minutes) with several departures per hour to central Gothenburg (20 minutes).

The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the basement with its own entrance. There are 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is a residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes by bus, the stop is about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent them from us for the whole party and the stay for €50, payment is made on site. No parties.

YOU WILL FIND FRESHLY MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linen. There is toilet paper, coffee filters, washing-up liquid and dishwasher detergent. There is enough firewood for the first day, and as an extra luxury, there is a canoe and a rowboat. ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing licence that you can buy at Ifiske. Search for "fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon". However, fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can purchase cleaning for SEK 3,000.

Gröna Villan is a charming and tastefully renovated wooden villa from the 1920s, close to both the beach and the west coast's cliffs, but at the same time Gothenburg's city center is a few minutes away. The house's newly-built balconies bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you can enjoy a fantastic view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Welcome to a large turn-of-the-century villa in a quiet, central location. A total of 11 rooms including 5 bedrooms with different beds (2x180 & 2x140 & 1x120 & 1x90). Parking is available for up to 4 cars. Åbyparken with a free golf course is located next to the house. The Galleria and Mölndal Station are close by, where the trams take you directly to Liseberg or central Gothenburg in a few minutes. The garden is park-like with a large, enclosed lawn. Sisjön is about 7 minutes away by car. Bed linens are not included.

Lovely villa in western Gothenburg, close to the sea & swimming

Welcome to our spacious and lovely house in Önnered, which was completely renovated in 2020–2022. We who live here are Andreas and Emma, as well as our three children born in 2008, 2010 and 2017. The house has 5 beds + a sofa bed for 2 people + 3 extra mattresses. We prefer to rent out weekly, but also shorter rental periods can be fine. Please let us know with requests if it is relevant. Note: Our friendly cat, Pixie, will be staying with you. She comes and goes as she pleases through our cat flap in the wall.

Some bicycles, an optimist dinghy, life jackets and toys are available to borrow. Shops and restaurants are within bike/walking distance. Do not rent to secondary school students.
