The house was renovated in 2021 and in addition to social areas indoors there is private patio with barbecues, which also swims in sun from lunch to night! Good connections into Frölunda Torg and from there on to central Gothenburg. Free parking in the area.

You are quickly inside Liseberg, Universeum, Ullevi, Kulturkalaset, Way Out West, Scandinavium etc. Would you rather use the public transport, the bus stop is 200 m from the house. Private parking space and patio with barbecue grill.

Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

The house by the sea - Knarrholmen

Wake up with an amazing view over the southern archipelago of Gothenburg. ......A family-friendly paradise with nature present in any weather. Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, bathing jetty and cliff jumping. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.
