It is a private villa resembling an art museum on a hillside with a good view of the sea. It is luxurious and stylish. It is a space of 80 pyeong, including Building 3, an ancillary facility, in addition to the main building on a 230-pyeong site. It is a villa-style accommodation built neatly with the finest materials, where you can watch TV. Clean white bedding and toilets are standard, and in addition to the main building, there is a spacious garden, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant, glass greenhouse-like barbecue area, and a separate space called Ttukseon Gudel-dong, which is available for a separate fee. This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood. The rooftop is spacious and open to embrace the sea.There is a beautiful and secluded beach within a 5-minute walk, and if the water runs out, you can experience shellfishing. This is Sindo, a small island right next to Incheon International Airport on Yeongjongdo. This is a small-scale, health-oriented house consisting of 3 buildings in total: the main house, Yongdure, which is 42 pyeong (138.8 m²), and the annexes, Dongwolchul and Seoilrak, which are 8 pyeong (26.4 m²) each. It is located 10 minutes away after crossing Sindopyeonghwa Bridge near Incheon Airport. It is built using only natural building materials obtained from nature in an environmentally friendly manner, and is constructed with pure Ganghwa Island yellow clay, cypress from Hwasun, Jeollanam-do, medicinal stone, and germanium stone.
