It is a space of 80 pyeong, including Building 3, an ancillary facility, in addition to the main building on a 230-pyeong site. It is a villa-style accommodation built neatly with the finest materials, where you can watch TV. Clean white bedding and toilets are standard, and in addition to the main building, there is a spacious garden, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant, glass greenhouse-like barbecue area, and a separate space called Ttukseon Gudel-dong, which is available for a separate fee. This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood. It is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation to Hwangcheongpo-gu, You can use the Hwangcheong Reservoir Fishing Center in 5 minutes by car, You can also travel across the nearby Seokmodaegyo Bridge to Bomunsa, Minmeru Beach, Mineral Hot Springs, and Natural Recreation Forest.
