Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment…). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace. Possibility to park the car inside the enclosed property. Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Enjoy this Airial with family, with a swimming pool (unheated) in the middle of pine and oak trees, which offers good times in perspective, close to the forest and 25 minutes from the beach of Contis or Mimizan. It is located 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Biarritz and 15 minutes from the train station. The Airial is not suitable for parties.
