This place is exactly as pictured, great location and fantastic to also get such a convenient carpark with a city apartment. Great amenities with coffee maker and plenty of bathroom supplies. Naomi is a super friendly host who responds quickly. Would definitely stay again

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lara’s apartment is located close to the marina and overlooks the water ! It’s very peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the marina and its restaurants. But still very peaceful and we could get a good night’s sleep. Furniture, kitchen and equipments all seem very new and modern with no signs of wear and tear. Parking was very convenient , right under the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place in Auckland.

Iain’s place was the perfect base camp for a first time visit to Auckland! The location was extremely walkable with Sky Tower being a couple of blocks away and only a 10 minute walk to the ferries/harbor. The apartment itself was clean from top to bottom. The high ceilings and natural light made the space feel open and comfortable. The washer + dryer were super convenient to keep things clean after day tours or beach time. Although I didn’t use the kitchen extensively, it had everything you would need for self sufficient meal prep. There are so many incredible restaurants within walking distance so you can’t go wrong. Small note - if you are visiting during a NZ holiday be aware that the place you pick your access card up from could be closed depending on when your flight lands. I made it there about 15 minutes before they planned on closing (would check with host on this prior to arrival). I highly recommend this place and would stay again on a return trip to Auckland. This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

Really nice place in a great location. Very nice quiet little courtyard the place is in, and we walked almost everywhere in Auckland we wanted to go. It was great to have laundry and a kitchen at the end of a long road trip, and there was lots of space both indoor and outdoor to relax.

Perfect for our family. Single story and big spacious rooms so worked well for my mum recovering from a surgery before heading home. Also amazing locations for my toddler close by. Beach, school, park and playground. Plus a big basket of toys at the house. Great restaurants close.

We had a great stay. The view was amazing and the house was well setup to help us relax with a good living area and kitchen, sky tv channels, and the coffee machine was excellent. Would recommend the Arcadia restaurant just down the road at Palm Beach also.

A great place for a family, walking distance to beaches and shops. Great outdoor areas . Always great to be staying in a place that you can take your dog . Everything you need.

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

**JACUZZI LOVERS** this place is for you! Large home, 4 bed, 3 full bath, large fully stocked kitchen, large living room w/ smart TV, large 2-sided 2nd floor balcony with barbeque pit and outdoor furniture, washer/dryer was fast and perfect. This home is secluded from the neighbors, guarenteeing lots of privacy. The balcony jacuzzi was the best: you can set the temp up to 41C (106F) or as low as you want. The jets have a slow mode and a high-pressure mode to maximum massages. The host was amazing, and the communication replies were fast. The rental is a little pricey, but split among multiple adults, it's the best bang for your buck. I will reserve this home again on my next trip to Waiheke Island.

Palm Beach is a perfect little beach resort and Sara’s place perched into the hillside is a calm and tranquil The house is well equipped with very comfortable beds. The sleep out cabin may be better for teenagers as opposed to adults. The house is a 10 mini walk downhill to beach, restaurant, dairy and bottle shop. There is a great half hourly bus service but to enjoy the whole island you are better with a car. We visited Man O War, Bach, Tantalus and Te Muto

The place was clean, comfortable and quiet, just as what we wanted. The location was superb, so easy access to almost anywhere. The host Robert was attentive, quick to respond and very kind, I would definitely like to come back again !!

Our family of 4 had a great holiday in Auckland at Jon's place. The place was located quite centrally and within walking distance to Britomart and Wynyard Quarters. The place was spotless clean and had everything you could possible need. There were loads of amenities and bathroom basics. There were kitchen basics, coffee machine and snacks which was a very nice touch from Job. Best of all there we games and toys for the kids. The apartment is secure with ample parking and is right next to the park and grocery stores. It can get quite loud as it is on the main st when the windows are open esp on weekends which you need in the main living room and downstairs rooms because it doesn't have aircon but it was ok for us as the temp was coming down but it did get quite warm on some nights without aircon downstairs. Jon is an excellent host, very helpful, responsive and attentive. We felt right at home and would def stay here again if we come back to Auckland :) highly recommended

Gary’s place was amazing! We went to an event at the Powerstation which was 600m away. Communication and directions for checking in were spot on. The apartment was stunning, fantastic views over the city, clean and welcoming. Bed was super comfy and it was very peaceful. Gary left eggs for us for breakfast which we scrambled and everything you could possibly need was there. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Auckland and highly recommend.

This was a very enjoyable Airbnb experience for us. The unit was great - top floor, well furnished & clean as shown in the listing. The location was amazing - great view of the Sky Tower from the balcony, quiet neighbors, close enough to walk almost anywhere downtown. The host provided detailed info for arrival and communicated well with us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this waterfront apartment in Auckland! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views of the harbour, and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent throughout. They were responsive, friendly, and provided great local tips. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Auckland—perfect for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the city. Also, Bivacco is a must-try restaurant—delicious food and an amazing atmosphere!
