Holiday rentals with a patio in Oneroa

Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

Fantastic. As well as being a comfortable place there were lots of extras, tea, sugar, coffee, two types of cereal, bathroom products, clean crisp bed linen and a neat little place to stay. So good where lucky enough to be able to book another week.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay over two weeks. Everything was great and the location was close to the eatery and the hospital. The instructions were easy to follow for check in and check out. We will definitely stay again.

A stunning property right on the waterfront with amazing views and direct access to the water. Francesca was very responsive, quickly responding to a couple of minor requests and was very easy to deal with, arranging a cot and kindly left us welcome treats. A perfect getaway on the beachfront. What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Tracey's home in Onetangi was perfect for our beach holiday in Waiheke. The beds are very comfortable and feature nice linens and pillows. The bathroom is spacious and has both a large soaking tub and a big shower, all modern and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, plus there's a gas grill on the adjoining patio, so we cooked at home every day. The view is breathtaking, and the native songbirds provide beautiful background music from dawn to dusk. Stargazing from the deck is phenomenal on a cloudless night. Onetangi Beach is a pleasant 15 minute walk (or 5 minute car ride) away. We very much appreciated the hot tub and sauna when it got a bit chilly at the beach. This is a very special place - thank you so much for letting us stay here!

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

The property was lovely and was just perfect for our little getaway with friends. We enjoyed Clevedon Village, Kawakawa Bay and the Sunday markets. The house had everything you needed and a few surprise extras. Highly recommended.

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

Paul and Hong were wonderful hosts! The place and the neighborhood are amazing! Friendly people and safe. So close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, bus and of course, the beach. There is an excellent walk along the ocean from St. Heliers right to downtown Auckland. Place is beautiful and has everything you need and very clean. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at , honestly felt like I was at home but on a vacation at the same time HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who wants a little getaway. We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. Great coffee place across the road. Everything was very well described and Carol was a responsive and helpful host. Thanks 😊

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
