Great Fishing. Sylvan Beach 20 minutes away. Game room above garage with large TV w. DVD player, wet bar (not stocked), Ping pong table, Air hockey table, table for card games, double bed (4th 'bedroom') and large couch. Fire pit on property overlooking the lake.

Off-street parking in front of the house. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table in the backyard. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt 81.
