Holiday rentals with a kayak in Oneida Lake

This home was great! The game room kept the kids busy, the kitchen had everything we need, and the house was nice and cozy. Waking up to the lake in the morning was a highlight. Brad was attentive to all our needs - and even when something minor needed a fix he showed up to take care of it right away. We had a great stay!

Booked this house for a surprise fishing trip gift. The men loved that it was right on the water with easy access for fishing. Super clean and Lauren is so attentive and kind. Perfect spot!

I have stayed at the lakehouse for many years now and have always had a great experience. Amy keeps the house up well and every year there is an upgrade/renovation to look forward to. This year we enjoyed using the pedal boat, basketball hoop, dart games, and the many games for our toddler. The yard is perfect for our husky. We also enjoyed the local activities, including Green Lake State Park. The house is also clean and well kept, and Amy communicates well for any issues that may come up. We look forward to visiting again next year!

Fantastic experience! Easy to book and be in and out, all the amenities you ever want at a lake house! We had so much fun kayaking and canoeing and playing in the yard with cornhole and connect four. Hot tub was great, a very peaceful relaxing weekend. Enjoyed veggies on the grill outside and loved the beautiful, well appointed kitchenThank you, Eric! Appreciate all your help!

This was a great house in a great location. Communication from owners was excellent, and house was well set up for guests. Would definitely stay here again.

Rented this for son, fiancée and wedding party. Merrie was incredible! She even gave them a wedding gift ❤️. House is outstanding... Impeccable design. Beautiful and comfortable lake house with a gorgeous view and easy access to the lake! The kitchen was was well stocked with ample space for our family. We woke up every morning to the sounds of the birds and the water. Carolyn's suggestions for things to do and places to eat were spot on. We loved the hike at Robert Treman state park, walking around the botanic gardens and a visit to the bird lab at Sapsucker woods. Dinner at Hazelnut Kitchen was a delicious treat as well as ice cream at the Cornell Dairy Barn. Overall, I highly recommend this house if you want a peaceful and restorative vacation.

Sean’s property was beautifully maintained and exceeded our expectations. We chose this location for its accessibility, particularly for my elderly mother, and it proved to be an ideal choice. The walk to the lake was easy and convenient, making it even more enjoyable. Sean was highly responsive and communicative, promptly addressing any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kate's place. This home was so nice and SUPER CLEAN! The kitchen is very nicely stocked with all of the cookware, utensils and odds and ends you will need. It is a very quiet location, which we were fine with! ( You have to drive to get to any restaurants or conveniences). We highly recommend this rental. Thank you Kate!

This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

Great little cottage! Very peaceful surroundings and easy walk to the lake/state park. Easy drive to several good wineries and restaurants, as well. Would definitely stay again.

This is a nice cozy cottage for a base to explore the area. Jessica was communicative and quickly responded to a couple of minor issues. Everything was as described: a very clean bathroom, nice heating/ac and a comfortable bed (if a bit creaky sounding at times). Recommended.

One of my top two favorite rental spaces to date! Dan has created a space that met any need we had. Every last detail and inch of the space has been so well thought out. A bottle of wine was generously waiting for us upon our arrival. Dan is very thorough in his instructions and communication. He reached out during our stay to make sure we were doing well and didn’t have any issues. The setting is so peaceful whether you are up around the cottage or down by the lake. Our weather wasn’t great, so unfortunately time on the lake itself didn’t happen. We hope to visit again and be able to make use of the kayaks. Fantastic find if you’re looking to get away! Nancy’s cottage was perfect for our little family of 4. We enjoyed card games on the back porch, meals al fresco w a beautiful lake view, and of course roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at sunset. The cottage was intimate and cozy and we hope to return on a regular basis. Thank you Nancy for being inviting and more than accommodating.

This cabin was like a dream. It was perfectly ready upon our arrival. It was secluded, peaceful, and the most relaxing stay you could possibly ask for. The big window by the bed was magical. All you could see was the beautiful greenery surrounding the cabin. You feel like you are the only people in the world. I can’t wait to continue to go back there. ❤️

My children and I stayed over the weekend for my Graduation in Oneonta, NY. It was only 15 minutes from town, serene, beautiful views. My boys played in the back yard even though it rained. The cabin is so comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed it and will come back another time for sure!

I grew up on this lake and I still own property there. Mine needs to be rebuilt so it was great to stay at hers. She has a great spot on the lake. Great fishing right off her docks to. Will stay again!

This place is beautiful looks even nicer in person than on the pictures . It’s very peaceful and fairly easy to find they left little notes around the house to find extra linens toilet paper etc which was a very cute touch . has a lot of stuff to do outside and inside it is the perfect little get together cabin the host is very nice helpful and attentive with any questions you may have through the stay definitely recommend

The Snowshoe Cabin is a peaceful, quiet upstate New York get away. Brian & Melissa are great hosts with easy directions & timely responses. The cabin itself is cozy and feels like home.
