Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great holiday at Ingrid's. The house is small but nice-- equipped with everything you need (including fly screens, so you can sleep with the window open despite mosquitoes). The large terrace with outdoor kitchen provides additional space. The nearby bays are beautiful and not crowded. If you want a lot of peace and nature, you've come to the right place. Ingrid is an excellent host!

What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We stayed at the accommodation for a week and are super satisfied! The location is great – quiet and yet close to the beach, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is beautifully decorated and it really has everything you need. You feel right at home. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

We saw (with 2 children aged 11 and 14) stayed with us for 2 weeks in the beautiful stay of Marija in Garica KrK. We had a great time there! A beautiful centrally located location making everything on the island easily accessible. The apartment was great, everything was present and we greatly enjoyed the nice swimming pool. For questions, we were able to switch very quickly with Marija - they responded immediately. All in all, a wonderful holiday accommodation where we will definitely come back again!

I recommend this Airbnb, it is clean, well-equipped and then an incredible view. Marjan and his wife are very kind and responsive. The accommodation is well located, the city center is not far by car and has good restaurants.

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron...) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the fridge. On the kitchen table, there was fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and the access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

Ankica is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a drink and chat, and offered a safe place to keep our bikes. She gave us recommendations of the area and in the morning brought us a lovely baked treat. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and in a great location. :)

The place was super easy to find, the host helped us with clear instructions, the accommodation was very clean, very nice, with a gorgeous garden, everything was beyond words, absolutely perfect. The host was so so nice, she helped with everything we needed, we had vegetables, eggs and fruit in the fridge, as a welcome gift, Iva just has the best energy, she is so nice and has such a good vibe! We felt right at home immediately, the bed and the couch were very comfortable, you have a lot of spaces where you can put all your stuff, the house is very big. Also the bathrooms are spacious and very clean, spotless. The garden is just out of a fairytale, full of flowers, trees, just gorgeous. We would definitely go there every year!

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Sara. The location as well as the house were as described and easily accessible. Damir gave us some tips on restaurants, beaches and activities. We will be happy to come back!

the two of us had a great week here. Upon our arrival, the place was very nicely prepared, cleaned and we felt right at home. Everything necessary is available everywhere. From necessary things such as towels, plates, cutlery, sufficient and various glasses, and cooking utensils; to great extras such as blender, coffee maker, grill tongs, wood, water carafe, bathrobes and much more. As a result, we were able to really enjoy our vacation and didn't have to take care of anything. The living rooms themselves are lovingly furnished and there is plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and decorated with lots of herbs, flowers and plants. It's just a pity that he is not directly connected to the house but you always have to go out to the street to get into the garden. But that's not a real problem. The view from the house and the garden is mega.The journey leads via a gravel road and is a little more difficult. We had a great time.

The house is almost unbeatable in terms of value for money. It is extremely clean, nicely decorated and you can find everything you need. Even a fruit basket and a bottle of wine were provided to us. Communication was very easy, you got a quick response to all messages and both check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward. The amenities of the house are really very very good, the appliances are modern and new and all work perfectly. If you have a car available, the location is also very good and you can quickly reach all the important places on the island. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Daniela and Korado welcomed us very kindly and first gave us a tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Everything was as described and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela and Korado as hosts.

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)
