You will the love seclusion of nearly two acres of property surrounding the cottage. The perfect place to enjoy a sunny day on the lake or a cup of tea on a rainy day. With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.

Cook on the gas stove, dine on the deck, breathe in the fresh forest air. Always fully cleaned and disinfected after each guest. Dogs allowed (preferably less than 20 lbs), with a pet fee.

The Bamboo Hideaway is a traveler's oasis in Olympia’s Northeast neighborhood. The Hideaway is one half of a cozy duplex. With on site parking, the home is tucked into an exotic collection of bamboo and treasures gathered from the beaches and forests around the Pacific North West. Almost 1 mile north east of downtown, within easy walking distance to local neighborhood bakery and parks the Bungalow is a tranquil spot to explore Olympia and the surrounding area.

This sunny, clean, modern studio in a historic neighborhood has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Olympia. We live upstairs, above the studio, and you will hear signs of life when we are home.

Easy to downtown Olympia, colleges, farmers market & I5. Nice home base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula, Southwest Washington, ocean beaches, Mt. Rainier and Mt St. Helens. Take the train to Seattle or Portland for easy day trips. Enjoy! We do have a very friendly dog who will greet you.

Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, a Queen bed, and a fold-out couch in the living room. The large backyard can be used for barbequing or just hanging out in the sun.
