Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oltretorrente, Parma

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

I spent New Year's Eve in Parma with my partner in Fausto's house and I have to say that the location was great !! It allowed us to move comfortably around the city. The house is very spacious, bright and well-stocked :) Communication with the host was excellent!

A fantastic stay - couldn’t fault it. Great location, very kind and responsive host, a well-designed and equipped studio with all you need to cook a nice meal. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. Martina is a very conscientious and helpful host. From the very beginning, she took care to give us all the useful information and met us regarding some needs they had. The apartment is in a strategic, residential area but close to the centre. For any needs or maintenance, you can refer to a "trusted person" who lives nearby. We rented the apartment for the editorial staff of our newspaper during the Festival of Working Culture because they needed space to work together and to easily reach the festival venues. i would say a positive experience.

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time beautifully quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

The house was beyond our expectations. Francesco was very friendly amd helpful. Explained everything in detail. We were in our 50s and 60s firat time in Italy! He made us feel so welcomed and right at home! Thank you! Will not heaitate to book again if we ever come back..

Everything is perfect, location, and place to stay. The only downside is that the host forces you to send your documents for check-in by message and if you don't, they cancel your reservation. When I was in need, I had to accept this modus operandi, otherwise I didn't know where to go to sleep at the last minute. By law, recognition must be de visu.

Location surrounded by greenery, a well-kept and cozy place where you can really "disconnect". The pool is fantastic, sorry the weather was not very kind, but the spaces in the house are well organized and we enjoyed the same situation. In the evening there was a cold out of season, but Alessandra and Stefano left us a heater and extra blankets so the discomfort was overcome! The center and services are just a few minutes away by car, you are close to restaurants, shops, shopping center, etc... The time of breakfast was a joy and the photo I remember with Matilde (the donkey) the icing on the cake... we will return to the first opportunity!

We had a great welcome, better than we could have expected! We only spent one night but it was really like feeling at home😊 Piotr is a super hospitable and friendly person. I recommend it to everyone for those who want to find a comfortable and familiar place in a really quiet area. 👌🏻

Greta and her family were very helpful and friendly. She responded to every question immediately with clear instructions. The location was top. Close to the centro storico, to the train station and restaurants. Very clean and cosy please. Very homey. We enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

Strategic place in the center of Reggio Emilia. 5 minutes on foot from large convenient parking, 1 minutes from the sports hall in case of events. Very nice view of the square. Impeccable room and very clean bathroom. Practically perfect.

The apartment is very comfortable and complete, with everything you need and even more. The building and neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting after days of walking. I've in Parma many times and I loved Nicolle's place. Hope to find it again next time. Is amazing how quiet is inside the apartment despite all the vibration and all-day life of the surroundings.... it was a NICE stay!!!

The apartment is well renovated, clean and functional. We stayed in 5, one night only to attend an event held in the area and it perfectly met our needs. Manolo lives in the same building and is available if needed.
